Vacancy: Research Bioengineer, JRI Orthopaedics Ltd, UK

Our industrial partner, JRI Orthopaedics Ltd, is seeking a Research Bioengineer to support all activities relating to the European-funded RESTORATION project on which JRI collaborates. The project is coordinated by Professor Kenny Dalgarno (Newcastle University) and has 12 partners across Europe.
The Research Bioengineer will be responsible for maintaining the project plan including all project deliverables to time and budget. The post-holder will also work directly with the Innovation Manager supporting any other externally funded projects as agreed.
The position is based on a 12 month, fixed-term contract and are ideally suited to candidates looking for a transitional role between academia and industry, and/or have at least 18 months experience preferably working with industry.
