Vacancy: Research Associate, UCL Centre for Nanotechnology & Regenerative Medicine

Our academic partner, UCL Centre for Nanotechnology & Regenerative Medicine, is seeking a Research Associate to carry out research in field of bone and tendon regeneration using 3D printing of POSS-nanocomposite biomaterial, and carry out biological testing with stem cells. This will include designing and running experiments, recording, analysing, presenting and writing up the results.
The UCL Centre for Nanotechnology & Regenerative Medicine, based at Royal Free campus performs basic and translational research on the development of human organs using nanomaterials and stem cells technology, the director by Professor Alexander Seifalian.
The post holder must have a PhD or have substantial relevant experience and should have worked in the field of nanomaterials and cell culture. Experience of in-vitro cell culture and knowledge of nanocomposite biomaterials and manufacturing scaffold using 3D printer are both essential. The postholder must have a research aptitude and experience in areas related to topic of research work, an ability to analyse and write up data and be able to present data publicly in poster and platform form.
